We share it only with vendors who help us run the business — our customer messaging and chat platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel), scheduling and dispatch software, payment processors, accounting and email tools — and only the data they need to do their job. If you use the chat widget on this site, the messages you send and basic session data are processed by that platform on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of customers and our team.
This site does not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or third-party analytics that track you across other websites. We rely only on functional browser storage needed for the site to work — for example, caching icons and keeping your place in the chat widget if you start a conversation. You can clear or block this storage in your browser settings; some features, like the chat widget, may not work as expected if you do.
When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your service request — appointment confirmations, technician ETAs, quotes, and follow-up. Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. We do not share your phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Recorded calls, when applicable, are used for quality and training only.
